The Tidelands Amateur Radio Society is proud to present the 2009 Texas City Hamfest.  This annual event has always proved itself to be a fun filled, enjoyable outing for all attendees.

  The Texas City Hamfest is an ARRL sanctioned event.

Date:  July 11th, 2009

Time:  8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Place:  Doyle Convention Center Map , 2010 5th Avenue North, Texas City, TX 77590

Directions:  From I-45, take exit 16. Go approximately 8 miles east to 21st street and turn right.  The Doyle Convention Center is located at Phoenix Lane and 21st Street.

Set up:     Commercial Vendors      5:00  AM

                Flea Market Tables       7:00  AM

 

Hamfest registration, with or without table......$5.00 (each person at door)

Hamfest mail in pre-registration.....................$4.00 (each person, mail in)

Flea market tables (non vendor)……..……....$7.00  ea. +  Registration fee

Flea market tables (vendor/commercial)…..$15.00 ea.   No registration fee required

Hamfest visitors must pay the registration fee, regardless if a table is rented or not.

Major Commercial Vendors are excluded from registration fees with table rentals.

Tables are rented on a first paid for basis.  We cannot guarantee a table unless it is paid for in advance of the Hamfest.  Tables not claimed by 9:00 AM may be reassigned.

Tables are reserved when payment is received by mail or in person with a completed registration form.  If any tables remain at the time of the Hamfest, they will be awarded  on a first come first serve basis.

Power is available, but not guaranteed.  Bring your own extension cords and duct tape to secure cords.
